1. All Sales Are Final

Because we sell digital products, all purchases are non-refundable once the digital file has been delivered to the customer by email.
Digital files cannot be returned, revoked, or verified for non-use, therefore refunds cannot be issued after delivery.

2. When Refunds Are Eligible

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• You did not receive your digital product

• The file was corrupted and could not be accessed

• You received the wrong digital file

3. Cases Where Refunds Cannot Be Issued

We do not issue refunds for:

• Products that were already delivered to your email

• Files that were downloaded or accessed

• Accidental purchases

• Change of mind

• Misunderstanding the product description

• Failure to read our product details before purchasing

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate the transaction and assist in resolving the issue.
